Poor administration

<p>So a few days ago a wrote a review - ( review title "*****et cellc" ,date- 17 July 2016)</p> <p>explaining how disgusted I was of the lack of communication / distribution of incorrect info and the hardships I faced doing a Sim swop.</p> <p> </p> <p>Today (20 July 2016), I was contacted by skumbuzo from the social media department who conducted the Sim swop ,initially i was satisfied with the timeous responses and co operation however instead of doing a Sim swop for the number I required ,a Sim swop was conducted for the number I called from. Now both my Sims are reading " emergency calls only" and the unrica ed Sim I bought to do my Sim swop on has the number that I called cellc from.I am so sickened by this service! The amount of run around and inconvenience caused and still being caused is unfathomable!</p>
