Can the Cell c accounts dpartment sort out my accoujt..

I have sent numerous times too cell c. The only payment due is For 15th Nov and 1⁵th dec is around the corner.
Rectify the account and I will make the nov 15th due payment and then again kn the 15th Dec!!!
