Poor account management

It is sad that in order to get a response for Cell C, a review needs to be posted on Hellopeter. I cancelled my Cell C contract a month ago and stopped the last payment as I was awaiting for a representative to get back to me regarding my contract amount. To date, no representative has got back to me and everytime I contact Cell C, my call gets disconnected after explaining my situation. To top it up, they have now handed me over to their attorneys.
