Poor

I have been trying to cancel my contract with cell c which is expiring at the end of this month, and no one is willing to assist me, every time I try call them it say's the number doesn't exist, now they sending me statements for April and May, what does one have to do to get assistance from cell c, or are they trying to get monies from me for next month,
