Policy documents not received - C SURANCE
I took out cellphone insurance a week ago (22/06/2015) with C Surance. Up to this date I haven't received policy documents to confirm that I have a policy with them. My premium is about to come out but no documents. Their call centre is so unprofessional. I'm going to stop the debit order with my bank if they do not send those documents by tomorrow.
