Hi

Thank you for reaching out and sharing your concerns.

We understand how frustrating and concerning this situation is.

In compliance with ICASA regulations, inactive mobile numbers are recycled and reassigned after a set period.

We strongly advise updating your phone number directly across all your online accounts, banking, and app profiles to protect your security.

Please send us a Direct Message with your current contact details and ID number so a support consultant can review your account history with you.
