Pleasure dealing with compatent people

After being transferred from person to person when one of Cell C`s call centre consultants ported my number back to Vodacom instead of doing a number change, my husband and I decided to go to the walk in centre in Buccleuch. There we were assisted by Andrew, what a pleasure to deal with someone who understood the problem and how to go about fixing it. To date no one from the call centre has followed up, not even Lebogang who caused the problem in the first place!<br> Thank you Andrew, it was a pleasure dealing with you and your assistance is greatly appreciated.
