Please update credit profile

Cell c service is very very bad, im sick and tired of thise cell c. Last year in June i took a cell phone contract with cell c and the following month , that is July 2022 i decided to cancel the contract before the first installment. I was told to pay R11 452.00 and i paid the whole amount and kept the proofs In December last year,, that is 14 December 2022 i wrote a review here in Hellopeter complaining about this cell c. And on 15 th December 2022 cell c responded me with a call and sent me an email confirming with a letter that my account is settled and paid up and i must wait 2 or 21 working days for them to erase my name in the relevent credit beareuas. Now the problem is this when i check my credit scores on clear score app ., cell c account is still showing that is active and im owing them R 11 452.00 and this is realy unfair and is affecting my whole life . I have been trying to get some credits and i do not qualify because of this cell c.

Please help me im tired of cell c
