Please Stop Debiting My Account I don't owe you

Yesterday (26-03-2019) I went to Cell C Store at Cresta Mall and laid a complain about the service am getting from Cell C. Please find the notice of payment that was done last YEAR 25/04/2019 paying the balance of amount owed and I even mentioned on the e-mail that I am cancelling my contract, that was not all I also called the clients/complaints department telling them am cancelling my contract since it's paid off ( also check my e-mail below ). Now my account is debited every month( which is messing up my cheque account because of reversals every month ) and I have to reverse every transactions from Cell C because you also change the amounts on the debit order.

When I visited your STORE I was told that my contract was only cancelled last month Feb 21st 2019 which is shocking to me because I have long ago requested the contract to be cancelled. I am told R689 must be paid for all the months that my contract is active.

I am disputing this amount because I have cancelled this contract long ago. So why am I getting charge for something that's not my fault ? CAN YOU PLEASE CANCEL THIS DEBIT ORDER ON MY NAME PLEASE YOUR MESSING UP MY CREDIT PROFILE..

SHOULE I GET ANOTHER DEBIT ORDER FROM YOU GUYS WILL BE taking the legal steps against you and also contacting hello peter , social media platforms everywhere because this is a very bad service from Cell C. Wanted to take another contract but this this service am discouraging everyone that wants to do business with you.
