please stop debiting my account

can cell c please stop debiting my old account after i cancelled the debit order months ago and i am paying cash ,you still get your money cash why still try to debit my account . i will gladly pay via debit order again with my new account details but how do i change it ? please do not suggest i go into a store as i will not be doing that
