please stay away from Cell C !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Seems to me Cell C just sits and reply's to complaints but nothing happens !!!!!

Very quick to phone once payment is not made or late , then when they have to help you with a claim or an dispute you have to wait 3 weeks !!!!!!!

I phone X is water resistant for 30min or 1 Meter, mine just dropped into the water and removed it immediately, and its Broken ( False adverti*****t ) i then send it in for repairs was phoned in one day by Cell C north gate stating will be replaced just waiting to hear what the access amount that needs to be paid !

And now 3 weeks later no more news!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Put trough a complaint and was phoned immediately and was told i will get feedback today as i said to the lady who phoned me i am not going to wait any longer as i am paying R2000 a month for my Cell C contracts and can not or will not tolerate this bad service if this is the service customers get i will make it my life mission to tell people never to go to cell c and i will be moving to another service provider
