Please sort this out bad service

Cell C has the worst service ever, they have listed my name on ITC with a contract that was paid in full long time ago.

I have laid a complaint last year in August even today it's not resolved. They quick to call you and offer you their services but they fail to resolve any queries. This is disgusting... I'm fed up with them.

Please have this resolved.

They better call me because this is exactly what has been said since last year all I have to do all the time its following up no one has ever came back to me. I have decided to cancel even the active contract with you because I get no help
