PLEASE restore my airtime balances and my 3 linked nrs on my CellC App

PLEASE restore my airtime balances and my 3 linked nrs on my CellC App ASAP.

I have called 135 call center nr twice. It was confirmed by the 1 agent (Jacob) that data charges have been deducted off the sim card in the cell phone but the mobile data is not switched on. I cannot confirm any balances of the sim card in the router as the nr is deleted off my App.

Every time the call was ended before any resolution and no-one calls back.

ABSOLUTELY SHOCKING RESPONSE & PHONE CALL from CellC!!!!!!

Snegugu Ntshangas called me and kept asking me the very same questions as what is written in the HelloPeter review. But received an SMS after the call that the matter has been closed (as if it is resolved?).

WHERE IS MY AIRTIME CELLC??????????
And I can still not see any balance via the App! Why break something like an App that works??

No!
The airtime could not have been used as data as the mobile data on the nr is not switched on. The sim card is in a cellphone and was ONLY ON WIFI (mobile data is switched off). Hence this is totally incorrect and impossible that the airtime could have been used as data.
Please supply me with detailed debits of when and how much was deducted off airtime towards data.

Also, what about the airtime and/or data on the other 2 cellphone nrs? Why can CellC not take responsibility for their errors and the weak explanation of Snegugu Ntshangas (employee of CellC)?

If this is not resolve I will have to lay complaints with ICASA, the Consumer Council and/or the SAPS (theft and *****).

The 3rd sim card is not even in a device (neither a phone nor in a router) and CellC has not (been able to?) confirmed the airtime nor data balances on that sim card?

But how does CellC manage to deduct data charges off airtime when a sim card of the primary nr is in a cellphone and the mobile data has not been switched on for the cellphone at all?
