Please, Repair or Replace the Phone

A brand new Microsoft Lumia 535 mobile phone from Cell C was booked in for Out of Box Failure (screen does not light up) since April this year, but the phone has neither been repaired nor replaced after three months! The phone has been taken from Cell C in Century City to the Hout Bay store, yet no positive feedback as to when the replacement would be available.
