Requested A Sim Swap after upgrading my Phone last week on Monday Until now after 10 calls to Cellc my number has still not been swapped.<br> <br> I was told an agent would call me on Thursday and Friday and guess what no call, when i call CellC on friday after work they tell me the sim swap department is closed until Monday 08:00 and after requesting to speak to a team leader he promised that on Saturday ill get a call no suprise that no one has called me until now.<br> <br> If i dont recive call today ill have no option but to cancel both my contracts.
