Please improve the call centre

Cell C's call centre is not trained well. Some of the staff members have different answers to a question. Sometimes the call centre does not answer at all. BUT the staff at Mall of Africa are excellent and professional. As you arrive to be assisted a person is waiting at the front desk and also has the technical answers. This team is the reason why I am still with Cell C. They are the best service provider at the mall as I have tried the others before. The only problem is that I do not have the time sometimes to go there personally.
