Please hold the calls. They’ve become a nuisance now

I have received a number of calls (at least 10 – probably more and latest at 1435 today) from various of your #s eg; +***2 in the last three weeks. Callers advise that you wish to migrate me from my existing UPFRONT PINNACLE 2GB 2020 TOPUP to an “Elevate” package. I asked one of the callers why the migration when you are still offering my Pinnacle package in your web site (https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/voice-contract-detail/pinnacle). Caller could not provide an answer – not surprising. I have told some of these callers (Toheira, Claudine, Ishmael and possibly others) that a) I do not like the Elevate package choices being offered me and b) that I am not ready to migrate as I have a Pinnacle related case on the go with you that I wish to see finalised/resolved first (Case ref ***). Two of the callers stated that they would place a note against my number in your call list to the effect that, effectively, “don’t call me, I’ll call you” when I am ready to migrate. Doesn’t help, calls persist, usually a new person each time. Today’s call unanswered by me and I am now ignoring them

Request: please hold the calls. They’ve become a nuisance now

Which team called? The marketing team trying to migrate me on an Elevate package or a team dealing with this HP review. If from the latter, I did say to you in my original submission that I did not want a response and that cessation of the calls would be sufficient outcome. However, if you still feel compelled to call me, I am at home now and standing by
