Please help me, ANYONE AT CELL C
I am honestly at my wits end and desperate for some help from ANYONE at Cell C. I am so tired of trying to solve this issue and having no one to assist me, despite countless calls and complaints. Is there an ombudsman for the ISP industry?
I keep getting mails from Cell C's Fibre Collections department threatening to blacklist me and affect my credit history, even though the due amount arises from Cell C's own billing error.
PLEASE WILL YOU HELP WITH THIS, I DON'T KNOW WHO TO CONTACT BECAUSE NO ONE IN YOUR COMPANY CAN HELP ME!
All of the details of this issue are clarified in your ticket number CF138599, where you guys agreed that you had made an error and corrected my billing but didn't do it retrospectively and thus I have an amount owing of R258 even though I have literally never missed a payment on my account.
We can confirm that your contract had a discount which app**** for 24 months only there after the original price was effected. Kindly not that you are liable for the outstanding amount on your account.

Best regards,
I urge you to please forward me the contract that I signed and literally any notification of this so-called discount you mention.
Let me set the record straight here -
1. I signed a month-to-month contract with Greencom in 2017. This was priced at R1200 a month.
2. Greencom's accounts were taken over by Cell C Fibre sometime in 2018.
3. Cell C and Greencom both communicated that the charge would remain as is, and the contract would remain month-to-month. I was charged R1200 a month.
4. In July 2020, Cell C mysteriously charges me R1305 for June.
5. In August 2020, Cell C mysteriously charges me R1399 for July.
6. I queried these charges, and Cell C admitted their billing error and amended my charge back to R1200. The evidence of this is ticket CF138599. In addition, my September bill is R1200, confirming that these charges were an error.
And as another point - please go to your own website and see what the cost is for a MetroFibre 100Mbps uncapped fibre contract. IT IS R1200!!!!!!!!!!!!!

So again, please can someone explain to me what discount you are referring to? Dishonest service and incompetence on another level. I will not pay this R258 and I look forward to being blacklisted and getting Cell C to pay for the legal costs of reversing this and making this dishonesty public.
