Please help

I need help and am not getting it through the call centres or e-mail addresses provided- they just say I have been handed over.

Please send me a copy of my Cell C agreement as I am disputing owning them R6000k. I don't understand why Cell C terminated my contract without informing me. This was back in Jan 2021- at the time I went to multiple stores to get more information. No one has contacted me from Cell C since then regarding my dispute. A company called Nimble Group has bought my "debt" and lodged 4 missed payments on ITC.
