Please help cell c

Good day my name is ewald erasmus I'd nr ***, next week I'm moving into 13 mallard street terunure kempton park

The previous tenant moves out to months ago and he went overseas

Nobody has contacted numbers for him

He left his fibre box still active and he left

Now my internet provider can't link my line because cell c is blocking the line because he must sign some papers and and but he's not in the country anymore

So I have phoned cell c fiber they have written emails I have ticket numbers but no response

What can I do that cell c can release the line so my internet can be connected

Or

Can the right people phoned me

Or I'm going to brake the cpe box and put a new one or cell c must come and remove it
