Please Help!!!

This is more of a cry for help then a review. I'm having huge trouble with my data sim card with Cell C and I just don't get it. The sim that I use on a ZTE modern, doesn't want to connect to the internet as on the ZTE app it shows that 3G is on but the data transfer is not working. I have log multiple network issues on the app but haven't been able to get help (which I do take the blame as they have tried to reach me to no avail). However, today I actually logged a network issue query and due to me missing a call during a meeting, I decided to call back Cell C. The lady who helped also logged a network issue for me and told me that I would get a reference number. Till now I haven't received a reference number or got a call from Cell C to help fix this issue. All I'm asking is for Cell C to fix the data transfer so I use my data for the internet. Let's help each other here please!!!!
