Please don't use Cell C

This has become the worst network ever, I heard the network is doing pretty bad and I think the reason might be the terrible service. I bought 5GB data yesterday and after approximately 15 minutes on Tiktok, my data depleted. This morning I bought 3GB which will be my last ever. and logged in to Facebook to respond to a message, the message never went through. I checked my balance and to my dismay it was 0.00. I tried calling customer care but never reached a consultant after an hour of holding.
