Please don't ever take out an LTE router contract with Cell C.
Dear Cell C ******, please attend to my query. Your silence on my problem is nauseating. It goes to show that you don't really care about us as your customers. All you want is our money and nothing else. I would like to cancel this ***** contract and move on to Vodacom or MTN. The SIM card on your unreliable LTE router got damaged. I'm not prepared to pay for it as i hardly ever remove it. What could possibly break it? Stop playing with us with your fong kong routers. I simply want out.

Sometimes when you are being warned about a service provider , you should listen.And that's exactly what i should have done. Anyway this my last time taking out a contract with you. And i hope that too many people out there don't follow in my footsteps.
