PLEASE DO THE RIGHT THING AND HELP ME CANCEL THIS!!!!!
Sad that you have to rate your own service provider BAD. Calling the call center is a nightmare - the lady on the line MPHO, who still hasn't sent me the call reference number nor any acknowledgment of the call. Doing a number change / swim swop has taken me an hour - and guess what - STILL hasn't my number been changed, or do i even want to continue with this contract.
Worst part is , I haven't had a contract for many many many years, and then make the choice to choose CELL C - Thank you from reminding me why I HATE contracts. Selling the product is easy and quick but the service afterwards - DISGUSTING!!!!!!!!!!
PLEASE HELP ME TO GET RID OF THIS SERVICE AND CANCEL MY CONTRACT!!!!!
