Please do not take up a Cell C contract I would not wish my experience on my worst enemy

<p>Cell C has exposed me to *****. Then when I send the documentation to clear my name they still charge me montly for an account that I took time off work to go and get documents from the police. Afterwards they debit my account. I stpped the payments because they would not stop debiting me for that account. Now when I call I spend on average 1 hour on the phone with them and nothing ever get resolved. I have called in about 20 times everytime I am promised a resolution but nothing ever happens. Then the next time I call its the Accounts department that must clear me then the next time it is the *****s departments. I am not being dramatic guys but the call centre people are so rude and unprofessional today the lady put down the phone on my ear. </p>
