Please come fetch your faulty *******

I've been waiting for delivery of my modem for three weeks now. Finally after going through this ridiculous process, I get a call last Monday. The woman I spoke to had the incorrect address, and "edited" it according to my instruction. Wednesday, I received an sms confirming delivery to the wrong address once again. So, I called Cell c to change it. The next day I phoned Cell c and Ram on two separate occasions respectively (for which I had to increase my daily limit, in order to make the calls) to make sure they were delivering to the right address. Each time they confirmed the wrong address, and assured me they had changed the address to the one I specified. Considering that I had made four phone calls, and corrected 7 agents I was optimistic that the change had been made. That day I got an sms, saying they were unable to delivery the package. GUESS WHERE THEY DELIVERED IT TO - you guys are truly a bunch of first class idiots.

Now that I FINALLY have my modem it doesn't work. I have spoken to numerous agents this week (bouncing from customer care, to support, to technical and back again) to sort it out. Eventually, one of the agents advised that I call technical/ support (cause she couldn't transfer the call!) and have the faulty modem collected. This time technical talked me through the modem activation process, GUESS what.. it finally worked for the first time. Now, every time I want to use the internet I have to switch it on, off and on again. Then reset it. Then activated it. Then repeat the process, when it drops signal every 2 minutes. I can't work like this. Please come fetch your faulty ******* and give me my money back.
