PLEASE CLOSE THE CONTRACT!
Hello
When will i receive the clearance letter? I have been paying a lot of money for a contract that was supposed to be closed, I no longer have the product associated with the contract and I have paid the amount needed to close the contract but still the amount keep on increasing, from R70 to R480, please close the contract & send me my letter... im honestly tired of Cell c making me pay for something i dont even have. I spoke to you guys on email (***) & you promised to send the letter but even now im still waiting the money even increased to R480.. i paid the R480 via your lawyers (Shapiro Shaik) so please close the contract & send me the letter
