Please cancel my contracts with immediate effect
Please cancel all my contracts with your compajy with immediate effect. I cant afford to pay a contract that was renewed on my behalf without my consent. My personal information was violated by cell c

12 Oct 2022, 11:10So not only do I not get a response team from the ***** department that I have been waiting from in the last 2 months, but daily I get a call from agents telling me that I owe and my account is in arrears. So not only do they breach the Popi act, by renewing my contract without my consent, but they also dont communicate internally and dont provide feedback regarding the outcome a a so-called "investigation". Smh
