Please can we finalize this query once and for all

Attention Peter and Ayanda, I have left several messages since Friday last week and again today. I told customer service to please e-mail Peter and Ayanda to contact me as they are the one's sorting my problem out. Peter was the only that started resolving some queries but awaiting final results..Please it is urgent because I received another messages saying I have 24 hours to pay.....I really and truly want this resolved once and for all!!!!! Please know that I cannot always take a call, so please don't just call once or twice within minutes and if you do please leave contact details for me to get back to you. I am extremely busy because of financial year end, but have to resolve this problem
