Please can I get my April usage Stats in Excel format
More than 60 hours ago, I requested a report in excel format detailing usage on my contract. I finally received a report this morning . Firstly the report was missing the primary MSISDN. Secondly the report is in PDF format. So as at 22h30 hours I still dont have the requested information that I have repeatedly stressed I need urgently to audit my DataShare Contract. I responded to Mpho on email on 10th but somehow the only sure way of getting quick responses from Cellular companies is thru Hello Peter!!
Strange when u think how much they on Call Center and Workflow systems compared to HPeter.
