Please avoid this provider

I signed up for a contract phone with Cell C on the 27th of September 2024 through Telvuka, One of Cell C's workforce companies and to date the cell phone has still not been delivered and it is now Two weeks later.

I've been following up with Thandeka on a daily basis, but my efforts have yielded no fruits, the only promise I've been getting was that she will let me know once the warehouse dispatches the device.

I fail to understand what could be so difficult in just taking a phone off the shelf, insert into a courier sleeve and send it off via courier for delivery, especially considering that I'm in Johannesburg.

In light of the above, I do not recommend Cell C as a service provider to anybody, their service is very poor and slow, if will soon be a month and the phone will not be here. I've been out of a phone all this time and it has been such a great inconvenience.

Please avoid dealing with Cell C at all costs, I do not recommend.
