please assists Cell C

I'f been tring to sort out one of my accounts with the accounts department for months now. I cancelled one of my contract in Jan 2024, but still get charged for it. Today 23 April 2024 i try 3 time to speak to a consultant and been cur off everytime i ask her her name. So the problem is still not solved. I phone again and ask to speak to a supervisor and been cut off. So now i dont know how can i stop this contract, that i am still paying for. Some you cant hear what they say because they cant speak up. So please assist me on solving the issue
