Please address my connectivity issues
Can someone in a reasonably senior position call me on *** please. Ongoing struggles with connectivity and other things. Customer service agents unable to help and tried to transfer me to your Technical but can't connect with them (why not???). I am in Primrose Germiston (GPS -26.19039 28.14914) and using a Poynting antenna and a Zte WiFi router but even so your connectivity sucks and is driving me crazy with the time it takes to get connected and the very slow speeds

23 Nov 2021, 15:33Have done so. Re-booted router, phone and laptop. Still no connection. Fyi: router dashboard shows roaming on VODA and 4 bars signal strength but "no internet" whilst phone shows 1 bar and "connected without internet"
