Please activate International Roaming Services

This is not a complaint, it is a plea for help.

I am currently on a 6wk trip abroad, however I forgot to activate my prepaid international roaming before I left.

Please activate international roaming for the following services: - Incoming messages (from SA) - Outgoing messages (to SA) - Outgoing calls (to SA)

DO NOT activate data or incoming calls from SA.

Please activate these services URGENTLY and confirm by return mail or text message to ********** 896. Thanks in advance.

I have already sent two urgent requests directly from the Cellc app, but these have gone unheeded or were ignored.
