Play nice, guys.
I have two contracts with Cell C. The monthly amounts payable on these contracts was increased without my knowledge a few months ago. My problem is that I didn't know that Cell C could increase the cost of contracts when I signed up. <br> I think it is important to inform customers fully before they sign contracts. It is not good enough to put such an important matter in the small print

Please note that in terms of your Subscriber Agreement, Cell C has the option of changing any of the Charges from time to time, by means of publishing an amended Tariff Plan and by informing you in writing.
These Charges include applicable connection fee, Subscription Fee, Usage Charges, SIM Card Fee, Goods Fee and any other Charge relating to the provision of Cell C's Services to the customer in terms of the Agreement.
