So my phone is either lost or ******. I haven't used it in 2 months since I'm using my new phone and a new number but all my cellphone banking and stuff is linked to my old number... So I find out it's missing and I need to block it and now I call cell c... Firstly I haven't used it in 2 months or so hence I can't tell you how much airtime I put or how I put it but I can give you frequently dialed numbers or what data bundles I had on that sim but the manager that the consultant had put me through had refused to let me answer those... She insisted on the answering of the airtime question... I said fine I don't know those but can I at least get a temp block on it because of my banking. She refused. Her name is Dineo the team leader. Not sure about the manager and if anything happens with my banking cell c will be held reliable for not even putting a temp block on the sim.
