****ed of for stupid actions

I have been asking csurance from cell c to cancel my device insurance for the past 3 months now as I no longer need it. The team at csurance had no clue as to what they were doing, they did not cancel the insurance as of July 2017 but they instead listed it as July 2018!!! How ridiculous is this!!! When I eventually got through to the call centre they told me that my csurance is cancelled and its not reflecting but also said they can see a cancelation date for 2018! and I need to desperately close my bank account but I cannot because these idiots are still debiting me!!! Please can someone help???? I hate you cellc and csurance!!! Never going back to you guys or recommending you!!
