****ed Client

Hello, Yesterday I received a call from Moses, which I concluded the conversation as dump, Moses was enforcing his opinions over what was the actual terms of the contract. This hasn't been resolved, the *********** Moses, told me that Cell C doesn't call clients to inform about the outstanding balances before they suspend their account. he advised that Cell C do courtesy calls and they are not forced (Not their obligation) to inform their clients before suspending their services. This doesn't make any business sense. I sent an him email yesterday which I have not received any feedback. This is not closed until is looked into, should I not receive any correspondence, I am escalating this matter to the ombudsman. I do not have a problem paying the account, you have already deducted the R66 from bank account today, I have a problem with the principles that Cell C are forcing into their customers as if we are stupid and resolving our issues with the staff that are not equipped with the their terms and conditions and deceiving clients with their opinions. Below is the email I sent to Moses; “From: Sindile Gqaji Sent: 24 April 2019 03:56 PM To: 'sm' Subject: RE: Contract Good day, Moses, Refer to your terms and conditions, clause 6.1.2 that I highlighted in yellow in your attached terms and conditions , which is blatantly stating that "Cell C will notify you before the suspension of Sevices." Was there any notification sent to me before the suspension? As you advised telephonically that your terms and conditions states that Cell C will make a courtesy call, not an obligation to notify their clients before suspending their clients. Kindly advise in which clause in your terms and condition that support your statement? Awaiting for your feedback.”
