PIRATES porting numbers in with false promises.

On 25 Jan I responded to street promoters that were promising free data etc. etc if you port to cell c (which never materialized). On 02 Feb my wallet was ****** and my sim was in it. This is where the nightmare begins - Unknowingly - I ported to a PRE-RICA'ed sim meaning I was no longer the legally responsible owner of this number. I've been into the store - they advised me after my 2nd or 3rd visit that I should try the call centre - by this time - I obviously cannot answer the security questions to the detail that they require. They then advise me to make an afidavid and return to the store - where they advise me that afidavid's are no longer accepted. so I'm still without my number. What I fail to understand - is there no process in place for this, because I can just imagine how many ports CELL C is allowing these pirates to complete. The worst part of all is that my number was RICA'd in my name with cell c for a very long time before moving to another provider.... this info must be saved somewhere.... HELP ME PLEASE
