Pinnacle Buyout - No funds on card
On 26 February I decided to take up the Pinnacle Buyout offer from Cell C. The process took about an hour to complete and at the end of it I was given a \Voucher Card\" which was supposed to have the funds allocated within 24 hours. I had to contact the agency every day since then and even today, the value of the card is ZERO. For some reason, every day I am told that it will be resolved within 24 hours and yet nothing changes. I would like this resolved ASAP"
