PINNACLE ACC. REDUCED CONTRACTS FROM 5 TO 2 AND HALVED PAYMENT, CANT GET A R299 CONTRACT

. I advises as a result of my debit order reversal 1 June 2020, after I had paid my account MORE THAN REQUIRED in cash a day earlier, I cant obtain the contract and have to wait for 3 months.

This is ridiculous and if whoever looked at the application would have seen that I paid in cash, and based on the contracts I have had at one time = 5 and paying R3000pm, now only having a R1500-00 exposure, this new contract would not be a problem. I HAVE BEEN A CELL C CLIENT FOR CLOSE TO 15 YEARS.

If I had upgraded the paid up contract I WAS PAYING R350 last month, that I cancelled, then this would not have been a problem.

But….. thank u Cell C, for once again showing your inept ability to see the broader picture.

I will ensure the current 2 contracts I pay diligently will be ported, once they have been fulfilled. A VERY DISSATISFIED EX CLIENT TO BE. I will be sharing my experience far and wide.
