Pinnacle 3

<p>We;ve tried to switch from Vodacom to Cell C with their new Pinnacle 3 package that they've advertised on TV since October.</p> <p> </p> <p>I've submitted my first application for via a consultant Hulda in October already. After a few weeks, I was informed that the form has changed, whereby I've resubmitted another form, 2 weeks thereafter I've asked for feedback only to hear an apology that the forms had change again, I need to fill in a new form again, the package was called Pinnacle Unlimited now and the data on the package was nt 10GB instead of 15GB</p> <p> </p> <p>However, I have submitted yet another application for the Pinnacle Unlmited package, and since 25 November, have not received any feedback except that they are short staffed and she can't to anything about it?</p> <p> </p> <p>I would like to know what happened to my first application forms, and how can you change the data on the forms even though I've submtted one for the Pinnacle 3 with 15GB monthly</p> <p> </p> <p>then of course, why have I not received any feedback? if ths is how you do business, then I'll rather pay money not to be assosiacted with Cell C</p> <p> </p> <p>Regards</p>
