PINACLE CONTRACT from Cellc is misleading with special numbers

This is for future customers out there. If you ever want to use your cellc PINACLE CONTRACT to call your insurance, medical aid or any ting with 086 number. Then STAY away from this contract. You can phone any network anytime EXCPET ANY SPECIAL NUMBERS like 0860 numbers. They will you immediately add that to your account. They don't specify WHAT special numbers are. When you call nothing inform you are calling special numbers. Also don't ask their sales team, because they cannot be held liable because you sign the contract.(in other words they may provide misleading information and then you sit with the problem)

Go and read point 13: https://www.cellc.co.za/cellc/voice-contract-detail/Pinnacle-contracts?gclid=CLjcof3ahNECFa0W0wodsLkEEw#/collapseSeven.

Take note: Cellc don't contact me, this review is for customers and for them to know your PINACLE CONTRACT is misleading with the minutes and that you don't specify what a special numbers is.

There is nothing misleading with the pinnacle packages.
As per the pinnacle packages terms and conditions it clearly states " The inclusive MINUTES can be used for calls to any local network in South Africa but cannot be used for International Calling and Roaming and premium rated or special number calls".
Please visit our website and refer to our terms and conditions.

You don't define what special numbers are first of all, and second let look at the navigation - you click on additional information and the scroll to the bottom of the page and the click term and conditions and then you must read point 13. You do hide it a bit , don't you agree?
Your online sales person needs training on packages:
This was my quetion to online sale person - ME "I SEE ONLINE IT STATES EXTRA MINUTES, IS THIS TO ANY NETWORK?"
This is a direct quote from your online sales team - YANGA "YES THAT IS TO NETWORK ANY TIME"
What would you call that ? - I feel a bit mislead when I'm being told I can call any network any time. No wait it states in your contract you will be billed extra for special numbers. Define extra numbers?
