Pillar to Post just for a paid up letter
Wow amazing how Cell C people responded to my review with promises of contacting me but 10 days later i am yet to see even a glimmer of Hope. This just took me from angry to out right disappointed. I guess Cell C is tired of clients like myself who have been with them for almost 10 years, our loyalty to them is no longer needed.

We kept our promises and requested one of the consultants to contact you, the consultant could not reach you and sent an email advising you about this and requested you to reply with a convenient time to be contacted and an alternate contact number. The consultant kept trying with no success and has not received your response.
