****PIEST SERVICE EVER!!!

my contract was renewed in december by a very friendly guy Sifiso......he did explain to me that i will have to wait as they dont have the phone on stock at the time. Great :) last week on tuesday i received a call from Cell c to confirm my address for the delivery of the phone....i confirmed that im at home for as the delivery address was my work address, the guy i spoke to, confirmed that the phone will be delivered to my home address ......this took place on the 5/01/2021..... later that day Courierit sends me an email to say the delivery has been cancelled as i am not at work. i called cell c asking to change the address, which i was promised its done.....i keep getting the sms's about the delivery to be done everyday since last week , yet i have never had any.......

my frustration is the time i spend at home waiting for a delivery that doesnt come through.... today i called to find out about the status of the delivery...... a lady named Landiwe who refused to help me saying i have failed security questions which is very strange because these are the same details i used on the other department and i passed.....she laughed at me when i asked for the manager . i have been sending messages on twitter about this metter and no one is willing to help me..... all im asking for now is for this contract to be cancelled since i am not that important at cell c that the consultants make fun of their customers frustration.... I will nere recommend you to any of my family members if this is how you treat customers with small accounts or accounts that dont bring that much money to your company..... no one has called me to follow up on this..... this is my last resort
