Physically attacked by staff!

Queried data bundles but staff member extremely rude and disinterested. When I asked for her manager, she said she was the manager. I asked what her name was and she refused to tell me. Her name badge was covered by her hair so I pushed her hair aside from the name badge. She grabbed my arm in a vice grip. I demanded she "let go" and she wouldn't. With that about 8 Cell C staff members descended on me from back office and began shouting at me. The two young Indian men who work there grabbed my arm and pulled my clothing and were shouting at me. The one pushed his hand in my face and said "you DONT do that, you DONT do that!!".

I am absolutely shaken by this and appalled by the entire staff at Musgrave Centre Cell C. The public even come into the store to try and guard me from being hounded by these shouting staff members who were physically threatening me. I feel sickened by what I have experienced.
