phoned can only be blocked after 2days - insurance

I called your call centre to have a my ****** phone blocked after hearing that the agent was unable to help me as I had to go into a cell c store for help eventually Samgelesimwa Mteshane could access my information. She then told me she cannot block the phone as the process would take 2 business days as it had to be done manually. However I need to get an ITC number as my insurance requires the information today. this is really absurd. When I asked to speak to a manager I was told they all missing and in meetings and that she couldn't advise when when someone senior can call me. This is rather shocking
