Phone went for Repairs 2 months ago

On the 3rd November I bought a cell C Nokia c 20 at Ok furnishers Motherwell PE.early this year the phone was faulty I took it back to the store and the tested and said it needs to be taken to repairs .Till today I haven't received my phone I bought it cash . I need my cash back so that I can buy a phone I'm struggling without a phone .

Please intervene as u always help me
