Phone under guarantee- cant get through to repairs

I have a contract with cell c, and my phone (which is still under guarantee with cell c) is giving me a number of problems, to the point that it has become near unusable.<br> I have been told by the call centre that since the contract was taken directly though cell c call centre and phone was delivered to my home, I cannot take the phone into a store, but need to contact the repairs department who will collect the phone from me.<br> I spent most of Monday trying to get through to the repairs department, and after going through a number of operators, I was eventually put through to the repairs department. I was placed on hold for such a long period of time that I was eventually forced to cut the call!<br> I can barely use my phone, and am desperate to resolve this. It is not the 1st time i have had bad service from cell c, and am now really fed up with this. Could Cell C please call me to resolve this?? I will really appreciate this.<br> <br> Thanks!<br>
