Phone to sell a contract but then dont deliver

On thursday the 6th August a lady called Samantha phoned me to sell me a new contract and I liked it. She was so adamant and kept phoning over 20 times that day to get the deal done.<br> <br> The next day she phoned and told me the contract has been approved and will be delivered the next week thursday.<br> <br> Thursday came and it went. Phone Cell C just to be told that they the contract was only approved the day before and that they out of stock. No sorry no nothing.<br> <br> I sent them a complaint via their contact us and they phoned us a day later not saying sorry just telling us the phone department is closed till monday.<br> <br> I mean what the hell!!! I am so appalled by Cell C that I would like to buy out my current contract to get rid of them because they dont seem to care about fixing problems as long as they can sell contracts which they cant provide stock too.<br> <br> My friends and family is all done with Cell C. I would rather spend more money at Vodacom or MTN
